Air Jordan 5

The Air Jordan 5, introduced in 1990, is a landmark sneaker in the Jordan line, designed once again by Tinker Hatfield. Inspired by World War II fighter planes, the Jordan 5 features aggressive, angular lines and a unique “shark tooth” design on the midsole, giving it a bold and dynamic look. The shoe also introduced several innovative features, including reflective 3M material on the tongue, a first for Air Jordans, and a translucent rubber outsole for improved grip and visual appeal.
